Monday through Friday: In the event of snow or inclement weather, if the Binghamton City School District is closed or delayed, UPC Binghamton will open at 10:00am unless there is a state of emergency.

Sunday: In the event of bad weather, the Session will confer and make the decision about the worship service by 8:00am and will post it on the website.
